I use interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice, and have been trained in the Meadows Developmental Model.

Midlife I realized the value of having a counselor, a person who could hold a space of positive unconditional regard and assist in personal growth and development. I am an EMDRIA certified therapist in EMDR, and am a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA), and the Parnell Institute.
